Just wanted to drop you a note telling you about the great service your company has provided. A few weeks ago my car needed repair and the parts that were authorized by Warranty Direct took longer than expected to arrive. Your company showed a lot of class and paid for three days rental car as well as the $700.00 repair bill.
Matter of fact, when my key fob remote was bad, your warranty covered it. I still have 2 years and 45,000 miles left and the warranty has paid for itself. I have recommended, your company to everyone I know. I love you guys.

I just had my first experience using my warranty. Last week I jump into my Corvette to go for a ride when I started it I had gotten an ABS light. I tried everything the manufacture book suggested but no joy. So I took it to the dealership to find out what was wrong, they said it was the ABS electronics system and it would cost $3,500 for the repair.
The repair center didn't have much faith in you guys paying the Bill! Well they only had to replace 1 component in the system which cost $1,300 instead of both. I am pleased to say that Warranty Direct took care of the bill.

I was looking at two different vehicles, a Lexus LS400 with 56,000 and a Lexus LS400 with 44000. I am purchasing the one with 44,000 miles tomorrow.
The vehicle I am trading was covered by your extended warranty until it went over 100,000 miles. You paid for a replacement air conditioning compressor worth twice the value of the warranty.
Needless to say I am returning to Warranty Direct with great confidence in your product.
I will complete the application after the purchase is complete.

All I can say is wow. This is one of those, I told you so letters that my wife is making me write. She broke down last week and had the opportunity to use your warranty for the first time. She called the 800 number and a tow truck was there in 15 minutes. A call from the dealer and repairs were done and then paid for. The whole process was smooth and effortless. You and your company are to be commended. I told my wife she was nuts for buying a warranty on the Internet and now she'll never let me live it down.
By the way, the repair cost was 70% of what we paid for the warranty and still have over 45,000 miles of coverage.

Boy, did you all live up to your promises. I can't tell you the fights I had with my husband over purchasing your warranty and not the other ones on the Internet. You were a little more expensive but well worth it.
Last week my car died and I was frantic. One call for roadside assistance and a tow truck was there in 15 minutes. My dealer estimated the repair at $1,150 and I told him I had a Warranty Direst plan. He rolled his eyes and said, "OK, I'll try them". 10 minutes later he said you all would pay for it and even gave me a rental car for free. My plan cost me $1,250 and still has 2 years to go. It has been well worth the investment. It's nice to see a company that delivers on what they promise.
I am so glad I listened to Keith and bought your plan.

Warranty Direct does it again!
I just had my 97 Cavalier in for an antifreeze leak. They replaced the water pump. Warranty direct paid $700.73, I paid for a fuel filter. Their service was quick, although I was a little inconvenienced by the dealership being closed on the weekend, they got things going and my car was ready by noon on Monday. I had a prior experience where the front end (struts, etc.) was replaced. Warranty Direct paid over $700 on that bill. I still have over 40K miles left on my warranty. I am extremely pleased with the way things worked out. Please feel free to use this as a reference, I think I have already talked to several people who saw my last e-mail. I can say I recommend this warranty and there aren't enough stars in the sky to rate this company.

Just returned home after my first claim with Warranty Direct. My dealer was very pleased with the process and the speed at which authorization and payment were made. He mentioned that other warranty companies did not live up to that. I was skeptical at first but am now a believer. Count on me recommending you to others.

We purchased a Warranty Direct warranty in 1998. I just had a $3,000 repair done and it was fully paid for by Warranty Direct. My mechanic was amazed at how simple it was and how fast he was paid. Rest assured, I'll be buying one on the new truck we have our eyes on.

Good Thursday Morning. In my profession I expend a great deal of time diffusing complaints and negative situations. However, the opposite is true of the impetus behind this e-mail. Earlier this year I called your company with questions about an extended warranty for my boat. I was put in touch with Frank Krueger. My call was for my education about the extended warranty program. However, due to Frank's professionalism I purchased the plan by the end of the call.
Several days later, I had more questions and called Frank. He was polite and epitomized customer care. Yesterday, I needed to call Frank as I have had a malfunction on my boat. I sent Frank an e-mail asking for info on the process to make a claim. Within one hour I had a reply from Frank with explicit instructions on how to process my claim. If our company ever had a team of "Franks" our customer care woes would be greatly reduced.

I've been looking for an extended warranty for a month. I checked out 8 companies. Yours was the only one not to use high pressure sales tactics, respond to my many emails and not try to get me to buy with coupons and gimmicks. While I hope to never need you services, my research has shown that you will be there. Keep up the good work guys.
P.S. One of your competitors tried to get me to buy from them telling me they were open 24 hours. I almost fell for it until I checked them out and found out they can only sell me a warranty 24 hours a day, NOT handle a claim or provide roadside assistance.

I normally do not write letter such as this, but the superior and HONEST service I received with your company deserves recognition. I had narrowed my choice down to Warranty Direct and one other competitor. After careful research, I discovered that the plans were identical, except some roadside assistance benefits. However, your price was better by more than $200. In fact, your roadside benefits were superior as well, despite your competitor telling me otherwise. I will be purchasing your warranty in September and am confident that I will continue to receive the same professional and honest service in the future.
